Anthem

For clients that use Anthem Blue Cross / Shield as their primary insurance, we provide services as an Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield vendor to clients who are on the Autism Spectrum between the ages of 1-1/2 and 21 years of age.

You may contact your Anthem case manager to request ABA Services from us to initiate a referral. Once we receive a referral, we will conduct an assessment that includes, but is not limited to, phone interviews, personal interviews, observations, and direct interactions. Treatment plans are individualized for each client and focuses on needs depending on age, cognitive level, behaviors, and other various factors.

A treatment plan will be provided to Anthem for approval. Once approved, we will contact the client/ client familu to discuss a schedule and provide a trained ABA therapist.
