Competitive Integrated Employment Program (CIEP)

Our Competitive Integrated Employment Program (CIEP) helps train for and find employment services for people with disabilities that are competitive and integrated. Our team provides Regional Center consumers with employment opportunities that fit their individual wants, needs, and skill sets.

Through an Employment Interest Assessment and direct employment support, our employment specialists learn your particular strengths and abilities, helping you find and apply for jobs in the fields and industries of your interest.

Identifying your individual skills opens you up to vocational opportunities where you can best apply your strengths and skillset. This enables you to find and maintain a part-time/full-time job, volunteer position, or internship for the long term.

Our goal at Roman Empire Agency is to help you find suitable employment opportunities. We do this by partnering with businesses and signing contracts that give you access to long-term, competitive positions.

All training programs and employment services are age appropriate regarding the individuality and dignity of each consumer served, tailoring instruction and skill development services to your individual needs.

Once you obtain employment, you will receive support and training from a Job Coach. Job coaching will help you become as independent as possible, providing a safe and effective environment that teaches you how to do your job efficiently, safely, and successfully.

• Benefits
• Work schedules
• Duties and opportunities

Competitive job training allows you to interact with others who may or may not have disabilities in an environment that stimulates career skills development.
